Xiaflex

Hunter Hand Surgery are pleased to announce they are now offering Xiaflex ® (Collagenase Clostridium Histolyticum) injections for Dupuytren's Disease.

Dr Burgess and Dr McClelland are both specially trained and approved to administer Xiaflex® injection according to the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) guidelines. They have both already successfully treated Dupuytren's contractures with Xiaflex® in patients within the Hunter Region and overseas.

Xiaflex® (Collagenase Clostridium Histolyticum) is a non-surgical treatment option for adults with Dupuytren's contracture. Not every patient is suitable for Xiaflex® injection.
